The QGH-0001 is built on 4x4 pressure-treated runners with 2x4 pressure-treated floor joists at 16" on center, topped with standard LP SmartFinish plywood flooring. Walls use 2x4 studs at 16" on center with 1/2" foil-backed LP SmartSide siding and SmartFinish, ranging from 76.5" to 88.5" in height across the Quaker roofline, while 2x4 rafters at 16" on center support a roof finished in ribbed polycarbonate for excellent light transmission and weather protection. The wide 6' double door features an upgraded 15-lite prehung design with a diamond plate threshold, centered on the side wall for easy access. The interior comes fully painted for a bright, finished look.
